These terms cover your use of this website and the text messages we send through it. By requesting a song you agree to them.
What this site does
Ronnie B Karaoke runs karaoke shows. This site lets you search our song catalog and ask to sing at a show we're currently running. The KJ manages the singer rotation and decides the running order — submitting a request doesn't guarantee you'll sing, and the KJ may reorder, skip, or remove requests to keep the show running.
SMS terms
This section describes our text messaging program, as required by mobile carriers.
Program description
The Ronnie B Karaoke song request service sends three kinds of text message, all of which you ask for by submitting a song request:
- A one-time verification code, sent when you first request a song from a device, to confirm the number is yours.
- A turn reminder, sent when you are near the front of the singer queue, so you know to head for the stage.
- A song availability notice, sent only if you asked for a song we don't have in our library and we weren't able to get it. It includes a link for choosing a different song while keeping your place in the queue.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional messages, offers, or newsletters.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on the song request form on this site and submitting the request. That's the only way to join — we never add a number on your behalf, and we don't buy or import numbers from anywhere.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you request songs. In practice you can expect roughly one verification code the first time you use the service on a device, and one turn reminder for each song you request. The song availability notice is rare — only when a song you asked for isn't one we have and we couldn't obtain it.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text that number again. You can still take part in the show — just give your request to the KJ in person. To start again later, submit a new request on this site.

Reply HELP to any message, email Ronnie@RonnieBKaraoke.com. You can also just ask the KJ at the show.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages depend on your carrier's network and we can't guarantee they arrive on time, or at all. Don't rely solely on a text to know your turn — keep an eye on the stage, and check with the KJ if you're unsure.
Privacy
Your number is used only to verify you and to tell you your turn is coming. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Using the site
Please submit requests only for yourself and the people singing with you, and give a phone number you actually control. Don't use someone else's number, submit requests on behalf of people who haven't asked you to, or attempt to disrupt the service or the show. We may refuse or remove any request, and may block a number that is misused.
Song catalog
Our catalog lists the karaoke tracks we hold. Availability can change, and a listing here isn't a guarantee that a track will play on a given night.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and the queue accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Ronnie B Karaoke is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a message that arrives late or not at all.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
